Termas El Corazon Hotel - San Esteban

Kind staff, enjoyable activities , lovely owner, thoughtful celebrations, helpful service.

Nothing, all was good.

Great view from the rooms and comfortable beds. the breakfast included fresh fruit and good coffee. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The pools were not open during convenient hours, and there was a lack of poolside seating. the lunch experience was disappointing, with cold food and limited menu choices.

The staff was friendly and always available to help me when needed. The hotel facilities were excellent and very clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for me.

We spent a few relaxing days surrounded by nature, staying in a spacious room with a comfortable bed. the bathroom was clean, with sufficient towels and toiletries. the staff was attentive, always greeting us with a smile. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. We enjoyed the hydro-gym class and the variety of pools available, including a semi-Olympic one.

The schedule for pool openings was a bit restrictive, as some guests have mentioned in their reviews.

The hotel had stunning views of the surrounding countryside, which made for some great photos. the staff were welcoming and friendly, making us feel very comfortable during our stay. We also appreciated the abundance of food, especially at breakfast which had a range of dishes to choose from.

Some of the facilities were not up to scratch. The pool was quite dirty and crowded, making it hard to fully relax.

A relaxing stay at Termas El Corazon. The pools were clean and refreshing, and I enjoyed participating in the hydro-gym activities. The friendly owner made me feel welcomed, and the food was abundant and tasty. I highly recommend this hotel for a rejuvenating getaway.
